Our Contemporary Cable 3-Drawer Chest blends elegant craftsmanship and contemporary, industrial flair to create a distinctive design that will transform any bedroom. This piece features solid hardwood construction and traditional joinery with unique, cable style drawer pulls. Dovetail drawers and metal drawer slides ensure durability and smooth operation. Topped off with an eco-friendly hand rubbed oil finish. Available in natural Cherry, Maple and Walnut woods. Also available as a 2-Drawer Chest. This high-quality solid wood chest is handcrafted in Vermont.

Construction Details

  • Handcrafted in Vermont, USA, using real solid hardwoods
  • Available in natural cherry, natural maple and natural walnut wood
  • Cherry and Walnut woods are finished with a hand rubbed linseed oil and wax finish.
  • Maple pieces are finished with a tung oil and wax, as the maple grain is more dense and it does not absorb linseed oil as well as the other woods. Little to no VOCs upon delivery.
  • All Case Pieces except for blanket chests use premium hardwood plywood. Veneered backs and solid wood backs available. Contact us for details.
  • The sides of these case pieces are crafted using solid wood.
  • Drawer sides and backs are beech wood finished with a water-based acrylic
  • Drawer bottoms are beech wood finished with a water-based acrylic
  • Drawer joinery is constructed of dovetail
  • High-end metal slides
  • The metal handles are made of stainless steel. The metal inlays located on the drawer fronts are made up of aluminum.
