Take A Hike
Hike through our 100 acre woodland at Stonehurst. We located our sustainable furniture store here so you can experience the kind of responsibly-managed forest where your furniture originates.
Check Out the Flora & Fauna
Stonehurst is home to deer, foxes, bear, porcupines, flying squirrels, numerous birds and many other types of wildlife. This photo doesn't look much like Spring, though does it? It was taken just after last week's Nor'easter. Fortunately a lot has changed since then.
The daffodils and crocuses Nina planted last Fall are beginning to flower now, starting a parade of colors that will continue throughout Spring, Summer and Fall. Much of our gardening and landscaping is focused on bringing monarch butterflies back to Stonehurst and Vermont. Come see it!
Enjoy the Sights & Sounds of the Woods
Bring a picnic lunch and take a 20 minute hike back to the Stonehurst Brook. You'll see and hear the roar of Springtime's snowmelt bringing new life to all who dwell along the stream's banks.
Meet the Team
Another sure sign of Spring is the presence of Ken's and Dennis' motorcycles in the parking lot at Stonehurst. The team is finding all sorts of ways to enjoy a few moments outside on these sunny Spring days. Our favorite excuse to get away from the computer is to enjoy a little fresh air on the back deck with a customer. So stop by and give us a reason to celebrate Spring!
