Last weekend, Ken and I took a drive through Wilmington & Dover in southeastern Vermont, home to resort communities like The Hermitage Club, Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain. New homes & developments are everywhere in the Deerfield Valley, especially luxury second homes and vacation homes.

We had coffee with a couple from Connecticut who were finishing construction of their Vermont dream home. It's a second home/vacation home and they were worried about how to get it furnished in time for their daughter's wedding this Fall.
