What's Dunlop Latex?

The traditional Dunlop process begins with the thick rubber sap, or serum of the rubber tree.  It is whipped into a froth in a centrifuge, poured into a mold and steam baked. Natural sediments in the mixture settle to the bottom of the mold, making the Dunlop layer slightly firmer on the bottom. The Dunlop latex mattress is a firm, heavy and durable mattress.

Due to federal and state regulations we cannot accept returns on mattresses. All mattress sales are final.

Dunlop Latex:

The Rubber Tree sap is first placed in a centrifuge and whipped into a froth. From there it is poured into a mold and steam baked. During the process sediments settle to bottom of the mold giving the latex a firmer consistency, especially on the bottom of the mattress. This makes the mattress firmer and more durable.
