- 2” Layer Talalay Latex
- 6” Layer Dunlop Latex
- Customize in your choice of firmness

Dunlop Latex:
The Rubber Tree sap is first placed in a centrifuge and whipped into a froth. From there it is poured into a mold and steam baked. During the process sediments settle to bottom of the mold giving the latex a firmer consistency, especially on the bottom of the mattress. This makes the mattress firmer and more durable.
Talalay Latex:
The process used for making Talalay latex is a much newer process than the Dunlop method. The Rubber Tree sap is first placed in a centrifuge and whipped into a froth. After it is poured into the mold it is placed in a vacuum chamber where it is flash frozen and baked. This process prevents the sediments from settling, unlike with the Dunlop technique. By preventing the sediments from settling it makes the mattress softer, more durable, and gives it an overall more consistent feel.
