White glove shipping is free with orders over $4000 after any discounts are applied. Orders less than $4000 incur the following basic white glove shipping charges:

If we're shipping a small item (like an occasional table or night stand) we may select FedEx, UPS or common carrier as the best option for you. If any assembly is required (typically no more than attaching the legs to a table), you will be supplied with all necessary hardware and assembly instructions.

Finish for cherry and walnut is a hand rubbed linseed oil with a Poly Gel on the tops of occasional tables and case goods.
For maple pieces, the finish is Poly Gel only.

Wood:	All solid hardwoods, cherry, maple or walnut.
Finish:	Cherry and Walnut woods have a traditional raw linseed oil finish. Maple wood pieces are finished with hand-rubbed satin polyurethane only as the maple grain is more dense and it does not absorb linseed oil as well as the other woods. Little to no VOCs upon delivery. See special care instructions.
Leg Connection:	Table legs are attached to the table top using metal corner braces with bolts.
Shipping:	Tables ship disassembled. Free set-up and installation with white glove delivery. (Small tables may be boxed and shipped via FedEx or UPS: these will ship un-assembled. Customer will need to attach the legs with included hardware.)

At Vermont Woods Studios, each piece of fine furniture is carefully handcrafted and made to order right here in Vermont. The current lead time for production is approximately 26-30 weeks.

Once complete, your furniture is blanket-wrapped and shipped by our white glove delivery partners. The transit time from our craftsmen to you depends on accessibility to your area.
