Last weekend, Ken and I took a drive through Wilmington & Dover in southeastern Vermont, home to resort communities like The Hermitage Club, Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain. New homes & developments are everywhere in the Deerfield Valley, especially luxury second homes and vacation homes.
