Last month I joined our Sales team for a tour of the Hubbardton Forge foundary in Castleton, Vermont. We’re sending our thanks to Amy McGuire and the entire team of artisans at the Forge- it was an exciting learning experience. Hubbardton Forge is amazing.
Hubbardton Forge History
The forge was established in 1974 by two guys in a barn who set out to revive the forgotten craft of hand-forging raw metal into contemporary designs. Today the business started by George Chandler and Reed Hampton is one of the largest contemporary commercial forges in America. Forty years of practicing time honored principles have built an international reputation for innovative designs, simplicity and integrity.
Customizable Light Fixtures
Hubbardton Forge lamps are hand-forged in Vermont of recycled wrought iron. Each lamp is made to order and has customizable metal finish options and lamp shades. Like our furniture, they are guaranteed for a lifetime. Fully custom designs are also available for designers who have a unique vision in mind.
