Lead Time

Lead time for this collection varies, but generally the lead time for crafting is 5-8 weeks. The lead time depends primarily on the piece. Each piece of furniture will describe the crafting and shipping options available. Some may be able to be quick crafted in as little as 2-4 weeks, however large case pieces often take nearly 8 weeks to craft.

Bed Construction Details

Wood: All solid hardwoods, cherry, maple, oak or walnut. Only exception: sleigh beds which feature premium veneer over solid wood, learn why here.
Mattress Support: Solid hardwood slats made from Ash. Each slat is 2.5" wide x 1" thick and set approximately 4" apart connected with a canvass strap.  The number of slats for a Mattress and Boxspring is 5 and for a platform bed there are 12.
Center supports are standard for any bed Queen size bed and larger.  They are a three footed support system that is set under the bed, center lengthwise for added support.
Side Rails: Side rails are connected to the headboard and footboard using concealed bolts and nuts.
Joinery: We use mortise and tenon joinery in the headboard and footboard.
Finish: Clear, non-toxic, low maintenance lacquer. No VOC's upon delivery.
Shipping: Beds ship disassembled. Free set-up and installation by white glove delivery crew.
Care: Furniture care instructions.

Table Construction Details

Wood: All solid hardwoods, cherry, maple, oak or walnut.  Select tables available with reclaimed white pine or reclaimed chestnut tops.
Leg Connection: Table legs are attached to the table top using metal corner braces with Lag bolts. Leveler on each leg.
Extension Slides: Our dining table extension slides are made out of solid wood and may vary in design.
Finish: Clear, non-toxic, low maintenance lacquer. No VOC's upon delivery.  Reclaimed wood table tops: High solids oil finish.
Shipping: Tables ship disassembled. Free set-up and installation by white glove delivery crew.
Care: Furniture care instructions.

Chair Construction Details

Wood: Refer to individual product pages for availability.
Joinery: Mortise & Tenon / glued dowel.
Upholstered Seats: Attached with 4 screws, one per corner.
Wooden Seats: Attached with mortise & tenon joinery.
Fabric: Black Fabric: Rayon 69.89% / Polyester 29.84% / Nylon 0.27%
Barley Fabric: Polyester 100%.
Finish: Clear, non-toxic, low maintenance lacquer. No VOC's upon delivery.
Shipping: Standard shipping. Some arm chairs may require simple assembly of the arms
Care: Furniture care instructions.

Case Good Construction Details

Wood: All solid hardwoods, cherry, maple, oak.  Select pieces available in reclaimed white pine or reclaimed chestnut.  
Backs: Birch one-piece panels. Veneered and solid wood backs are available for an upcharge of 15% - 45%, contact us for details.  
Sides: The sides are crafted using solid hardwoods: cherry, maple, oak, or walnut.  
Drawer Sides/Backs: Solid wood.  
Drawer Bottoms: Birch panels.  
Drawer Joinery: Dovetail.  
Drawer Slides: Steel Black Epoxy coated full extension roller ball bearing drawer glide. These glides are much quieter and as they are full extension, will allow for more access to the drawer. They have a 110# load capacity. Please be advised they open and shut a bit harder for the first 1/4” until they are used a bit.  
Doors: Solid wood floating panels.  
Door Hinges: Adjustable european hinges.  
Stiles & Rails: Cope and stick.  
Finish: Clear, non-toxic, low maintenance lacquer. No VOC's upon delivery.
Reclaimed wood furniture: High solids oil finish.
 
Shipping: Our case pieces ship fully assembled. Free installation by white glove delivery crew.

Stain & Paint Options

Natural cherry, maple, oak and walnut wood colors and grains are shown below in the first column.  The standard stains shown to the right of each wood are available with a 20% upcharge. Custom stains are also available with a 40% upcharge, and given additional lead time (crafting cannot begin until after the customer approves a sample of the custom stain). Contact us for details.

White and Black paints are also available for almost all pieces in Line 2, with a 20% upcharge. Custom paints are also available with a 40% upcharge and given additional lead time.
