Annette Starts to Rebuild- All in Green

Vermonters are a resilient people. Out of the ashes of Annette's farmhouse, come her many exciting ideas and plans for a brand new, greener replica of the c. 1814 Vernon landmark we all know and love so well. We'll plan to chronicle Annette's progress here on our Vermont Woods Studios blog as she meets with the areas most talented green architects and builders and moves towards her vision of a natural, organic farmhouse that blends traditional Vermont style with modern, energy-efficient design. Have a look at Annette in her temporary quarters…a mobile home that the insurance company provided so she can still be on the farm and take care of her animals. It even matches the old farmhouse! Life is good.
